One of the largest igm robot plants in Hungary was inaugurated at the SBS Kft. site in Erdőtelek. The Hungarian manufacturer of metal constructions produces various components for the world's leading machine manufacturers.

After two years of numerous upheavals, many things are beginning to return to normal. We are happy that our production is running at full speed and that we are delivering our plants to customers all over the world.

匈牙利铁路车辆焊接协调委员会(HRVWCC)于2022下半年在igm位于Győr的工厂举行了铁路车辆焊接大会。

2022汉诺威EUROBLECH博览会作为今年所有展会中的亮点已经落下帷幕，并且取得了圆满成功。整整四天里，igm展位的参观者络绎不绝。

2022年10月25日至28日，在汉诺威的EUROBLECH展会上诚邀您与我们一起进入焊接和钣金制造的世界中来。igm将再次带大家领略机器人领域的精彩:

Lottero Giovanni s.n.c.(意大利)是igm的一个长期客户，在其生产车间共有3套igm机器人系统在运行。最久的那套是在1991年投入使用，至今仍能稳定地焊接各种零部件。

Lottero Giovanni家族的第三代成员已经开始涉足钢铁行业，他们的祖父也是公司创始人是一位农业方面的铁匠。多年来，公司通过各种机器设备实现了现代化生产从而在市场上更具竞争力。

igm这套配置了高性能焊接系统的紧凑单元可加工长达2米、重500公斤的工件，双工位确保了生产的连续性。

igm新开发的无线手持示教器 K6 WIRELESS WiFi 大大简化了机器人的编程，示教器和控制柜之间不需要电缆连接，所有控制数据和安全相关的信号均可通过 WiFi 传输。

机器人的焊接程序根据产品数据库自动生成，并且对特定零件具有针对性。

At the fair, igm shows a compact welding robot cell, consisting of a 7-axes welding robot type RTE 479 mounted in hanging position on a rotating arm. A C-frame manipulator is integrated in the machine base. Despite the reduced footprint of the robot system, workpieces weighing up to 1,000 kg can be picked up.

From 10 to 13 May 2022 ELMIA Svets Jönköping Sweden takes place, our booth no. 07.16 is located in hall A. With a compact system of RTE 400 series equipped, togehter with some new developments, we are part of this event too!

侧横梁作为铁路转向架的重要组成部分，其生产加工过程复杂，工艺控制严格，是车辆承载和传动的关键部件，更是车辆安全运行的重要保证。转向架的大部分结构由钢板板材焊接而成，这就需要大量的打磨来处理焊接后的残余应力，对构件的精度要求非常高。
