Cooperation with Stilfer Srl Italy - igm training and demonstration center

The Company Stilfer is one of our longstanding customers, who are trusting completely on igm robotic systems in terms of automatic welding. Fifteen robot cells are filling the production halls of the manufacturer of diverse components for industrial machines from the building sector to the earth-moving sector. 2020 will follow 3 new igm installations to strengthen Stilfer´s workshop. Especially lifting- and hydraulic component equipment up to 12 meters in length and 6000 kg are processed by our robots.

This year igm has installed a demo robot system at the Stilfer consisting of robot type RTE 476-S on RST column with a RP2 rotary tilting table mounted on displacement track. This installation allows different kind of welding tests, customer demonstrations and training possibilities for Stilfer as well as for customers and potential buyers.
