Our robot installation is used for the production of flow measurement devices for liquids, gases and steam.
The robot system consists of a RPH with column and rotating arm mounted on the top, carrying a C-frame with RP/RF on motorized carriage. The robot RTE 497 is equipped with a hollow shaft exchange system, taking up 3 welding processes: 1 x MIG/MAG with wire 1.2 mm, 1 x MIG/MAG with wire 1.0 mm (both with TPS 500i) and 1 x TIG with cold wire (Magic Wave 4000). Additionally an iCAM-50 is provided on an external deposit device.
The scope of supply comprises also 2 chucks with totally 9 sets of jaws and work piece supports.
The system has been handed over to the customer in May 2019.
