For the first time, the newly developed, wireless handheld teach pendant K6 WIRELESS will be presented with this robot system. This simplifies the programming of the robot considerably, as no cable connection between the teach pendant and the control cabinet is necessary. All control data and all safety-relevant signals are transmitted via WLAN.
The iLS-PRO laser distance sensor, which has been further developed, will also be shown for the first time. Compared to conventional tactile sensors, the iLS-PRO significantly reduces nonproductive times thanks to the high search speed and the joint spatial detection of the seam position in only one search run.
