First wireless WiFi teach pendant for welding robot systems
The unique wireless teach pendant K6 enables access to all the functions of the robot control RCE via WiFi. The lightweight teach pendant includes a 8.4” touch screen, an USB Type C plug on the back is provided for USB storage. The heavy-duty joystick is mounted directly on to the teach pendant K6 and allows to move the robot in a quick and simple way.
The WiFi hardware is certified according to Wireless Safety EN62061:2005 SIL 3, EN ISO 13849-1:2015 PL e / KAT4
Furthermore the compact welding robot cell, consisting of a 7-axes welding robot type RTE 479 will be equipped with the iCAM-PRO laser camera. With a significantly improved resolution of 0.05 mm, the contours can be better recognised during welding. Data evaluation is now carried out in the camera head, enabling direct connection to the control PC
