For the first time, the newly developed, wireless handheld teach pendant K6 WIRELESS will be presented with this robot system. This simplifies the programming of the robot considerably, as no cable connection between the teach pendant and the control cabinet is necessary. All control data and all safety-relevant signals are transmitted via WLAN.
The iCAM-PRO laser camera, which has been further developed, will also be shown for the first time. With a significantly improved resolution of 0.05 mm, the contours can be better recognised during welding. Data evaluation is now carried out in the camera head, enabling direct connection to the control PC.
