Recently, we celebrated the official integration of the latest robot welding system into the production at Volvo which further enhances the production line for their excavators.
The facility includes six specialized robotic welding systems, each dedicated to a key component of Volvo’s excavators:
- Boom – 1 system
- Side Member – 1 system
- Upper Frame – 2 systems
- Central Part – 1 system
- Arm – 1 system
These systems are optimized to increase efficiency and precision, elevating the production capacity and ensuring the strength and durability of each component.
