For the first time, the wireless teach pendant K6w WIFI is presented at an exhibition in Germany. The control PC uses Windows 10 embedded and Linux embedded. Safety-relevant process data is transmitted via Safety over EtherCAT (FSoE). The WIFI hardware is certified according to EN 62061:2005 SIL 3 and EN ISO 13849-1:2015 PLe/Kat 4.
iCAM-PRO (online seam tracking and adaptive control of welding parameters)
The integrated iCAM laser camera guides the welding torch in the joint and compensates online position and contour deviations caused by tolerances and heat distortion. The shown iCAM-PRO 120 version offers a viewing depth of 120 mm with an average resolution of 0.05 mm.
Digital Twin – sceen display synchron with robot movement
As a component of our visualisation system i4i, the digital twin will be presented. On the screen, the movement of the robot system is displayed in real time synchronously to the real movement of the robot.
